Alexandra Pappas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She received her Masters degree in Social Work from Temple University. Alexandra believes in person-centered, holistic care and uses a strengths-based approach in therapy. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients dealing with a range of mental health issues. Alexandra enjoys helping anxious, sad, or stuck clients develop tools to face life's challenges. She practices trauma-informed care and utilizes models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to maximize the productivity of sessions. Alexandra has extensive experience with patients in crisis and aims to empower clients with preventative tools. She strives to make each client feel comfortable so they can get the help they deserve to live their best life.
