Life comes with many challenges that can sometimes be difficult to tackle on one’s own. Psychotherapy offers a safe and collaborative environment in which to navigate both the internal and external challenges of life.
My clients seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons. Some may come to therapy to deal with a specific life struggle, such as anxiety or depression, while others initiate therapy during a difficult life transition. Even positive transitions, such as getting a new job or starting a new relationship can be stressful. It’s not uncommon to incorporate therapy into one’s “self care” routine to have a supportive space in which to slow down during the week, or to gain a deeper insight into one’s own emotional and relational patterns.
Examples of some of the issues I work on with clients in therapy are developing coping skills, managing anxiety, processing difficult life experiences, coping with stressful life transitions, and exploring relationship patterns. Together, we can merge our resources and work together to allow you to live your best life.
