Dr. Sonja Sepkowitz, Licensed Psychologist (She/Her)
Dr. Sonja Sepkowitz (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her Doctorate (PsyD) from the Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. While in school, she completed the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) concentration. She has also received specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD. Throughout her training experience, Dr. Sepkowitz has worked with a variety of clients and different disorders. However, her passion resides in working with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, and big life transitions. She strives to help all of her clients with their relationship to their diagnoses and related symptoms so that they may lives more authentic lives. Dr. Sepkowitz empowers clients through building self-compassion, encouraging honesty, and creating a safe space where clients feel understood and ready to take on new challenges.
