Dr. Joshua Schultz, Licensed Psychologist (He/Him)

Picture
Joshua Schultz is a licensed psychologist with a PsyD from Widener University. He completed an
APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at both the KeyStone Center and Widener University
Counseling and Psychological Services. Joshua uses an eclectic approach to treatment, using
various techniques and customizing interventions to fit the unique needs of his clients. Joshua is
skilled at using acceptance and commitment therapy, a type of treatment that helps clients live
in the moment, understand their values, and build meaningful lives. He is well-versed in helping
clients build their own mindfulness and meditation practices.

Joshua is a down-to-earth therapist who is focused on creating a genuine relationship with
every client. He enjoys laughing, and uses humor in session to lighten the mood and broaden
the emotional range of the treatment to include positive emotions. He makes an effort to
respect and praise each client for their bravery and vulnerability. He sees therapy as a big step
towards living a life you value.

Joshua utilizes the following approaches:
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Client-centered therapy
  • Mindfulness-based therapy

Dr. Schultz is currently licensed to provide therapy to clients located in Pennsylvania.
